When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day from our warehouse. Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after shipping, depending on your location and the carrier’s availability.

What are your shipping rates?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 USD to all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship worldwide. In rare cases where your country is not supported, we’ll notify you promptly and assist with adjusting your order.

How can I change my shipping address?
You may request an address change before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day you place your order.

Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, you can. We support shipping to alternate addresses.

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Will customs seize my e-cigarettes?
No worries! We take care of customs clearance for all orders.

Is an adult signature required for delivery?
No signature is required. Your package will be delivered directly to the address you provided without extra steps.
