🛒 How to Place an Order
1. Add Items to Your Cart
Browse the product pages, select your preferences (flavor, quantity, etc.), and click “Add to Cart.”
2. Proceed to Checkout
You can either:

Click the green “Checkout” button to use our secure website checkout, or

Click the PayPal button to pay through your PayPal account.
3. Enter Customer Information
Fill in your:

Email address
-
Full name
-
Shipping address
If you have a discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field and click “Apply.”
4. Shipping & Payment

Click “Continue to Shipping Method”

Confirm your shipping details
-
Click “Continue to Payment Method” and enter your payment information

Click “Complete Order” to finalize your purchase
A confirmation screen and email will follow your successful order.

📦 Order Issues & Modifications
Missing or Wrong Items
Contact us with your Order Number and a photo (under 1MB) of the item at [email protected]. We'll send the correct item at no extra cost. You may keep the incorrect item as a gift.
Did My Order Go Through?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking link after checkout.
Need to Modify an Order?
You can change your order or shipping address before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the day of purchase. Email: [email protected]

View/Edit Cart
Click the Cart icon at the top of the page. You can update quantities or remove items directly from this view.
Change Quantity
In the cart, adjust the number in the “Quantity” box. The total will update automatically.
Remove Items
Click “Remove” under the item you want to delete.

🔄 Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
How to Return a Product
Contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Do not send returns to the manufacturer.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the day of purchase. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed. Email us right away if you need to cancel.
